Autumn / Winter 2010 must haves

Good afternoon Champagne Dreamers,
So recently although its only August, I’ve noticed a slight decline on the weather front which in my mind means end of summer, 'i know, i know it’s over to quickly' BUT, on a more positive note, change of weather means some new items for my wardrobe must be purchased (don’t you just love how I see the good in everything, lol ).
For today’s post I am going to break down Autumn /Winter 2010 absolute must haves.
To give you a kick start, this season it’s all about browns, tan, black, leathers, trousers, cut out clothing and even socks.
Now you know it’s our job to keep you on trend so we at CD have studied the catwalk and researched the best buys from the high for you the reader, so please kick back take a sip and enjoy.

Item one, the jacket's of the season.

The tan aviator leather jacket  *CDs personal fav* can be found at www.asos.com and retails at £110 it also come's in chocolate, and the cape can be found at American Apparel retailing at £54 and also comes in navy and red.

Item two, Trousers

The black draw string joggers can be found at Topshop retailing at £38 (and they look gorge with trainers, flats or with a fierce pair of stilettos). The sand peg trousers can be found at Dorothy Perkins retailing at £28 and also come in khaki and black

Item three, leather shorts
The high waisted tan leather shorts are by TBA which stocks at Urban outfitters and www.asos.com and retailing at £135, and the black leather shorts are from New Look and retail at £45.

Item four the cut out dress
The black dress is by Aqua and retails at £85 and the white dress can be found at www.boohoo.com retailing at £22 and also comes in black.

Item five, the sexiest tights and socks for those chilly nights
The white rib socks retail at £4 and the cut out socks retail at £8 and can both be found at www.asos.com' I'm soooooo in love with the cut out socks I've already purchased a pair, when it comes to fashion take chances and if its good enough for Rihanna its good enough for me and my fabulous CD readers.
The tights start at £6 and come from a selection created by Henry Holland for Pretty Polly. I featured him a few months back and his bought out some new styles for A/W 2010 so be sure to get a pair. Its one of the cheapest designer items out there and tights can make a outfit look sexy (remember I told you).

Item six, this seasons must have shoes / boots

The block heeled sandal also come's in red and retails at £70. The cream wedges also come in a bright red and in black retailing at £70, they both can be found at Top shop. The fur wedge boots are from www.asos.com retailing at £55, and the black leather boots are from Aldo and retail at £100.

item seven, this seasons tops

The nude body can be found at Miss Selfridge retailing at £14 and the lace body can be found at www.asoso.com retailing at £18 and also comes in cream.
The black sequin vest is from Top shop and retails at £30 and the white bustier is from Rare and retails at £55.

I hope you have enjoyed my break down of Autumn /Winter 2010 absolute must haves. This has to be one of my most favourite sets of looks yet, its casual but super sexy.
If you would like any information on how to rock this trend in your own way or any other quires, drop me or Yanique a email at ChampagneDreamsStyle@gmail.com and we will do our best to hook you up.

Remember CDs follow trends buy what's fashionable but ALWAYS make it you own, until the next time stay fabulous

The Jada Pinkett Smith Files......

I have been a fan of Jada Pinkett back when she was Lena from A Different World, but since she has become The Black Hollywood Power Couple with Will Smith, well let's just say....money has been treating her good because her style is impeccable!

I've been keeping a close eye on Jada for the past couple of weeks as she's been touring throughout Europe with her family for her son's (cutie Jaden Smith) Karate Kid promo's.

She has been killing the red carpet!!  How cruel would it be for me not to share and how we can cop her look the  Champagne Dreams Way.....

Look #1

Jada rocked a one shoulder gold sequin mini dress paired with nude pumps.

I found a sexy gold sequin mini w/ open back from Asos for only $67.38!
I'm sure you're used to me switching up the looks a bit.  I paired the gold mini with these hot Steve Madden snakeskin & gold platforms from Endless for $89.95!

Look #2

Jada still shines on the red carpet in basic black....
I found an LBD (Little Black Dress) with a black strapped back at Topshop for $110
I found a similar pair of Black & White polka dot peep toe's at DSW for only $39.95!

Look #3

Mrs. Jada Pinkett Smith looking oh so chic in white....
She wore a structured white dress paired w/ a taupe bootie, I personally love the color combo!
I found this unique white structured dress at our favorite place Asos for  $143.18
Check out the cute taupe peep toe bootie I found at Lord&Taylor for only $129!

Yes Jada, you have come a long way from the 1 strap jean overalls to certified fashionista status!

Hope you enjoyed CD Fam!

Until Next Time....
